Get it Together and Get More Done
We all cave to urgent tasks and end up doing little things that don't matter while the big stuff goes unattended. I'm guilty as anyone. That's why I had to pass on this article about focus and getting things done. We all need a reminder about how to be more efficient in our work.
Just stumbled onto your site when trying to track down Randy Wheeler at WIKY. Your post on getting things done caught my attention as I just started a new job and I have dual roles. I am having to prioritize tasks like never before and this article is very insightful! Thank you for sharing this JP and good luck with the CEO issues... It's hard to see the forest for the trees at times I'm sure!
